Bugfix for English and French, and about the Windows version

Hi!

Just letting you know that I've made a bugfix because tutorial stories were not working for the worldmap screen and the first time you visit a city, for English and French. Now it works in all languages.

Also, due to the success on Steam, I've decided to keep the Windows version there only, to build and grow a community easier. If you use Steam, it's much more easy to keep you updated and we have a community there with forum, sharing screenshots and art, fanart, and everything, and much more visibility. It's easier for me, as I'm constantly introducing new features, and so I get feedback.

But if you are using the Android version, it will be here at itch.io always because Steam is for desktop only. So I will keep updating here for you in the Android version.
